AT&T at 1758 Veterans Highway, Islandia, New York.

This place has some of the poorest customer service i have experienced. I stood in the store patiently waiting for 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged i was there. I told the associate that i was interested in switching carriers and she basically told me she couldnt help me and the other sales associates were busy and to go online. I told her i did my research but i wanted to talk to someone in person and poaaibly make a switch today. She responded with yea you can do that online but of you have no where to be today you can wait. That is not how
you treat potential customers. Definitely not going with at&t and i hope someone steers clear of this store after reading this.
